1. Align my calendar to the priorities
2. Draft initial vision/pitch
3. Understand what is expected of me
“Focus on everything, you will in essence focus on
nothing”.
Figure out which dominoes matter most and
identify the things that only i can do. Hone a list of
my top priorities and then align time in my
schedule each week to address those priorities. The
way i spend my time should be a direct signal of
what i value most.
One of your most important roles as a manager is
to inspire others around a united vision. Use this
first month to begin refining the pitch, and don’t
stop fine-tuning it EVER. Keep in mind that the
vision serves as a rallying cry, giving clear,
inspiring, and actionable direction to the team,
board, and supporters.
 In your first month on the job, take time to talk
to my boss about working styles and to
understand their current priorities as a
manager. When i know how to help my
manager, my job becomes much easier. Clear
expectations are far easier to meet than fuzzy
ones.
I will compare our company to all other top
level company's ,what are they doing better than
us? i identify that and also implement it to our
company with better performance than the other
companys,for our success. Prioritize on getting
business and increasing the sales.

Top three priorities in my initial six months by Dr.Mahboob ali khan Phd

  • 1. 1. Align my calendar to the priorities 2. Draft initial vision/pitch 3. Understand what is expected of me
  • 2. “Focus on everything, you will in essence focus on nothing”. Figure out which dominoes matter most and identify the things that only i can do. Hone a list of my top priorities and then align time in my schedule each week to address those priorities. The way i spend my time should be a direct signal of what i value most.
  • 3. One of your most important roles as a manager is to inspire others around a united vision. Use this first month to begin refining the pitch, and don’t stop fine-tuning it EVER. Keep in mind that the vision serves as a rallying cry, giving clear, inspiring, and actionable direction to the team, board, and supporters.
  • 4.  In your first month on the job, take time to talk to my boss about working styles and to understand their current priorities as a manager. When i know how to help my manager, my job becomes much easier. Clear expectations are far easier to meet than fuzzy ones.
  • 5. I will compare our company to all other top level company's ,what are they doing better than us? i identify that and also implement it to our company with better performance than the other companys,for our success. Prioritize on getting business and increasing the sales.
