Østfold University College has implemented several initiatives to support students' use of ICT. It negotiates affordable prices for standardized laptops and provides technical support through an ICT helpdesk. Students help each other through a peer support "Oracle" program. All teacher education students must complete 10 mandatory ICT assignments to graduate. Courses utilize flipped classroom approaches where students watch lecture videos and attend seminars for discussion. The university records and shares lectures online for flexible access and supports online collaboration through video conferencing. These initiatives aim to fully integrate ICT into the educational experience.
