So the question is – how can we leverage our sharepoint implementations to engage employees?
I’m a big proponent of benchmarking – we first need to figure out what engagement means to us as an organization – does it mean collaboration, contribution, a thoughtful culture?How can we measure these items?Most of us say we want collaboration, but really what does online collaboration mean to us? There’s nothing about setting up a community portal or a community site that’s unusual.
This will add the four community pages (Home, Categories, Members, and About) along with all the community Web Parts to your site. The key difference between the Community Feature and aCommunity Site is that only Community Sites will appear in the Community Portal.
