   Management realized most of the customers
    were younger and likely to use the internet
    frequently.




   Made it worth it for followers by posting trailers,
    announcements, and special offers otherwise
    unavailable.

 Opened in 2009 in Athens, Texas.
 Used social media sites right away.
 Pages on Facebook and Twitter.
   Food and social media went hand in hand.
    Food was good so social media grew, got
    restaurant more attention, and so on.
 Manager updates sites regularly to keep
  content fresh.
 Tracks activity on the sites, proving they
  are a successful part of the buisness.
 Sell products, such as sauces, in store
  as well as online.
 90% of sales come from online, showing
  how useful the social media sites have
  been.
