第2回「電通PRソー活調査」今年も約半数の学生が就職活動にSNSを利用「コミュ軽（こみゅかる）」で定着する「ソー活」株式会社電通パブリックリレーションズは、就職活動中の大学3年生を対象に、「ソーシャルリクルーティング」に関する調査を実施。同調査はインターネットを使ったアンケート形式で、実施時期は2012年12月28日～2013年1月16日。関東1都3県（東京都、神奈川県、千葉県、埼玉県）および関西の2府2県（大阪府、京都府、兵庫県、奈良県）に居住する男女それぞれ150人の大学生から回答を得ました。　昨年（47.3％）に引き続き、今年も約半数（45.3％）の学生が、就職活動にソーシャルメディアを利用した就職活動、いわゆる「ソー活」を行っていることがわかりました。「ソー活」を行っている人の割合は、昨年同様、「大学の就職課／キャリアセンター」に行くと回答した人（40.0％）を上回り、ソーシャルメディアは就職活動を行う上でのツールとして定着したことがうかがえます。　就職活動に利用しているソーシャルメディアを聞いたところ、1位Facebook（30.3％）、2位Twitter（22.7％）、3位にはLINE（13.0％）が初登場。1位2位は昨年の順位を逆転する結果となりました。

　近年、危機管理の不備が、企業経営に重大な影響を与えることへの認識が高まっています。情報環境の急激な変化にともない、危機管理の重要性がより高まってきていることを鑑み、東京大学大学院情報学環　総合防災情報研究センター（センター長：田中淳、以下CIDIR）と、企業広報戦略研究所（所長：三浦健太郎、以下C.S.I.）は、企業の危機管理に関する調査（有効回答数392社）を実施しました。今回の調査目的は「予見力」「リーダーシップ力」など独自に設定した5つの視点で企業の「危機管理力」を数値化し、活動の実態を把握することにあります。　今回の調査は、企業の危機管理に関わる具体的な取り組みに着目した大規模なもので、可視化しにくい分野を数値化した意義は大きいと考えています。主な調査内容と結果は以下の通りです。

電通PRと東大橋元研究室がネット選挙に関する共同調査実施政党・候補者のネット情報を見た人の58％が評価し、35％が拡散株式会社電通パブリックリレーションズ（代表取締取役社長執行役員：近見竹彦、本社：東京都中央区、以下電通ＰＲ）と東京大学大学院情報学環の橋元良明教授は、参議院選挙におけるネット選挙解禁が有権者に与える影響について共同調査を実施しました。今回の調査結果では、選挙期間中にインターネット上で政党・候補者の発信した情報を見た人の57.9％が投票に役立ったと評価しており、35.1％がその情報をネット上に積極的に拡散していました。また、選挙期間中にインターネット上で政党・候補者の発信した情報を見た人の77.5％は「政治問題に関心がある」と答え、74.9％が「ネット選挙」解禁を評価していました。調査対象者全体に対して、利用した情報源がどの程度役だったかを問う質問では、テレビ53.7％、新聞35.1％、選挙公報18.9%、インターネットのポータルサイト・ニュースサイト15.5%、家族・友人・知人からの口コミ11.7%、政党・候補者のネット情報10.6％との結果になりました。調査対象者全体で選挙期間中にインターネット上で「候補者へのなりすましツイート」を見たという人は2.2％、「なりすましのメール」を見たという人は1.2％、「候補者や政党に関するデマや誹謗中傷」を見たという人は6.1％との結果になりました。今回の調査結果を踏まえ、東京大学橋元良明教授は「選挙期間中にネット上の政党や候補者の情報を見た人は、情報が役に立ったと感じ、『ネット選挙』解禁を肯定的に評価していることが分かった。これらの人は政治的な関心が高く、積極的にインターネット上で選挙に関する情報の書き込みを行っている。『ネット選挙』解禁によって生まれた、ネット上で情報拡散を行う新しいタイプの有権者に対して、積極的に情報を発信する重要性が増している」と述べています。本共同調査では、公示前の2013年6月29日(土)～30日(日)と選挙後の7月21日(日)20時～22日(月)の計2回調査を行いました。同一の調査対象者に対する調査結果を比較することで、インターネットを経由した情報伝達等が、有権者の政治的関心の変化や投票行動等に与えた影響について分析を行っています。
