THE AIESEC EXPERIENCE
The AIESEC Experience is comprised of three main phases, each of them
describing the type of interaction an individual has with the organization.
Each of them has customized activities that complements its participants in
their personal growth and their contribution to AIESEC.
EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT
The core of the AIESEC Experience is the Experiential Leadership
Development phase. AIESEC believes in experiential learning because
individuals are dynamic learners. Each person develops in different times,
ways and dimensions. Therefore, AIESEC provides a powerful platform for
young people to explore and maximize their own potential. These programs
are offered to those who share our values and believe in the opportunities
that we provide.
