I would love to be Rebecca Adlington because she swims like
a fish.
Rebecca started swimming at only 7 years old.
She has two Olympic gold medals. One in the 400 meter
freestyle and one in the 800 meter freestyle, both from
Beijing in 2008.

4. How Much does Rebecca train a day?
She trains about 20 to 30 hours a week. She
also trains every week (she must be very tired
after that.) When Rebecca trains she swims at
least 1000 miles a week.
