  1. The way we learn is at constant change. How we learnt only 10 years ago has changed. Relating to the work situation I presented, we want to learn short and shorter moments. Our attention span is continuously diminishing. In fact a video cant be more than 3-4 minutes before we lose attention. We now start using the mobile first for learning. Learning has to happen at the point of need. 75% prefer googling to taking a course. 80% prefer using their peers and learn collaboratively. We are much more self-directed than before and prefer to search for learning ourselves. In fact we prefer to invest of own money in learning. 2/3 of IT personnel have invested of own money and online course libraries is a market of 750 mkr growing 30%
