contact solutions provider. In 2011 the organisation acquired M-
Corp, a digital agency, to strengthen its online and mobile
proposition. The acquisition would help bss, which has an excellent
public and charity sector client base, to increase its market
footprint within the commercial sector. In 2012, bss rebranded M-
Corp to bss digital and turned to Emmett & Smith to develop a
strong media message to distinguish the new division.
