FHA loans will require an up-front mortgage insurance premium of 1.75% of the loan amount. Depending on the amount of the principal obligation of the loan in
relation to the appraised property value, FHA loans are also subject to a monthly mortgage insurance premium that will range anywhere from 1.20% to 1.25%

choose, and understand how it works. As a Mortgage Consultant with Wintrust Mortgage,
I have access to Numerous lenders with a wide array of programs. This allows us to be
creative when the need arises; getting more people into homes. Much of my business
is from repeat customers and their referrals. I pride myself on this customer satisfaction
that has allowed my business to continue growing on its own so that I have the time
to concentrate on giving you the best service possible. On behalf of my team, we look
