This document outlines the action plan and timeline for the Powerful Learning Practice (PLP) Action Project Cohort 1 from May 2010 to May 2011. The plan involved: 1) Creating an online toolbox of tutorials in May-June 2010; 2) Participating in instructional rounds and a leadership workshop in August 2010; 3) Linking action projects to curriculum from January-February 2011; and 4) Reviewing the program and selecting Cohort 2 in May 2011. The goal was to provide professional development opportunities for faculty and integrate technology into the curriculum.
