digestion to diferent parts of our body.
• The journey of our blood around our
body is called circulation.

• The heart is an organ.
• It pumps the blood around our body.
• Our heart is between the two lungs.

4. • The circulatory system is responsible for
blood circulation.
• It is made up of the heart and the blood
vessels

5. BLOOD VESSELS
• Blood circulates around our body inside
blood vessels.
• Three types of blood vessels.

6. • Arteries carry blood with oxgen.
• Veins collect bood with carrot dioxde.
• Capillaries connect veins and arteries.

7. Breathing
• The respiratory system is made up of the
following organs: nostrils, trachea, two
bronchial tubes and two lungs.
• Our ribs protect our lungs.

8. • Air enters our body through the nose and
mouth.
• It passes through the nostrils.
• It goes down through the trachea and the
bronchials tubes, and into the lungs.

9. • Oxygen from the air passes through the
walls of our lungs into our blood.

10. • Oxygen from the air passes through the
