5. DINNER AT GIA WITH
MONSIGNOR MARCACCIO
When planning your event for up to 10 people with Monsignor Marcaccio, you will
meet with GIA's executive chef, Mixologist, and General Manager to create the
perfect night out with the right food and drink. You will plan your welcome cocktails
and select wine to be paired with each of your six courses. GIA is a 19th Century
Modern dining room that specializes in small plates, signature menu items, and
their own interpretation of vintage cocktails. Donated by GIA and Nino Giaimo.

6. INTIMATE CHEF PREPARED DINNER WITH
MONSIGNOR MARCACCIO AND FRIENDS
Enjoy a fabulous dinner for 10 prepared by St. Pius X parishioner Lucy Hamilton,
who received her culinary training at the famous Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School
in Paris, France. The dinner will be paired with fine wines and an excellent wait
staff, and will include a special guest - Monsignor Marcaccio! The dinner is hosted
by Stephen and Shannon Dahlstedt at their home on a mutually agreed upon date
and time.
