erscheint Katalog Band 50 in 18 versch.

➔ „Lügen-Strafen“: sauberes Einhalten PULL-basierter COMMITs – LIEFERN hoher QUALITÄT
Skalierung:
Umstellung auf Agiles Arbeitsmodell auch im Online-Marketing:
…Discovery Kanban…unter Einsatz des ‚PEPwarp‘-Ansatzes

PRACTICE: Establish ONE overall STRUCTURED BACKLOG – reqs. have a
CLEAR PATH to follow (idea→‚DoR‘) – RANK, limit WIP & get to DONE.
(Area) Contin. Emerge Tactical Rel. Backlog
i.e. Strategy-EPIC gets broken-down into SAGAs,
‚SAGA‘ is broken-down into sprintable STORIES
STORY then split into TASKs for agile delivery

TACTICAL PROGRAM-layer uses adapted Eisenhower-Matrix
to trail-blaze the product development corridor
Nov-1913
Mid-level program tactics = MARKET-to-TECHNOLOGY
fit & trail-blazing a smooth ARCHITECTURE RUNWAY
As (PERSONA) in a (USER-ROLE), I want to achieve
(GOAL), so that I personally receive immediate
(BENEFIT).
USER-STORY template (inspired by and adapted from:
Vitruv / D.A.Norman / J.Nielsen -- K.Beck / M.Cohn / J.Patton)
BackLog-item specific READINESS-checks enable:
Technology stack proposal / decision
Risk-of-technology-maturity (ref. stack-selection)
Evaluation-needs (necessary SPIKES for risk-ID?)
Architecture runway (upfront VS. emerging pattern)
Sourcing: Home-/Near-/Off-shore; IN- vs. OUT-sourced
(hybrids?!); which loc./provider-combo can deliver?
➔ prune to 1 LOC./SAGA: de-couple, enable, simplify
UX: 4steps: UserRes.–InterActionConcept–InfoArch.–UI-design*
* not necessarily graphical – user-interface could be e.g. voice-recognition system
Reliability: mandatory non-funct. MVP/MVF-properties
Exit-criteria (POS!, don’t over-engineer / ‘gold-plate’ ref.
achieved hand-shake after balancing views (the ‚Deal‘)
Skill-sets required in-house on short-/mid-/long-term

TACTICAL PROGRAM-layer READINESS-checks & SPLIT-criteria
Nov-1914
Mid-level = program tactics = TECHNOLOGY & smooth ARCHITECTURE RUNWAY = matching MARKET / TECHNOLOGY view:
BL-item SPECIFIC READINESS-checks: (BACK-PAGE of CARD)

BL-item CONTEXT related issues IDENTIFY DARK-MATTER:
Technology legacy: syst.landscapes that connect & stay
Retro-fit potential: ‚WRICEFs‘ to be analyzed (see below)
Assumptions: write them down to validate & falsify
Performance: does this scale or cause technical debt?
Sequencing: parent-child relations; parallelization options
‘WRICEF’ an abbreviation commonly used in SAP-contexts for:
Workflows: used for approval steps. SAP delivers standard workflow programs or
customers create own if standards don't meet requirement (e.g. budget approval)
Reports: are customizeable to meet end-user requirements
Interfaces: in- & out-bound from SAP systems. (e.g. iDoc, BAPI).
Conversions: used for system-migration (e.g. LSMW)
Enhancements: “SAP User-exits” to further enhance programs or report-logic
Forms: e.g. PurchaseOrder (PO), Customer Invoice, Customer Statement etc.
➔ all of the above typ. ref. to as “Z-NAME-SPACE” in SAP-systems

OPERATIONAL TEAM-layer (same Eisenhower-logic just fine granular) – eases
cross-dept. team synch. (here: from Online-Marketing to SW-development)
Nov-1915
Team-level = product dev. operations =
condensing all complexity – issues clash here…if
not pro-actively managed b4 with fore-sight…
ALTERNATIVE 1:
As <PERSONA> …. USER-STORY template (see above)
ALTERNATIVE 2:
(ACTION) (RESULT) (OBJECT) (PARAMETERS)
(source: J. De Luca - Feature-Driven-Development FDD)
example: (Calculate) (total revenue=sum)
(of SALES-orders) (created in 2016-Q3)
SPRINT level Readiness-criteria:
Independent (craft boundariey by listing dep.!)
Negotiable (note hand-shake Team vs. PO)
Valuable (e.g. Gilb’s Planguage Value1st AVRs)
Estimable (breakdown into ca.3-12 TASKs)
Small (granular-split to fit XXS, XS, or max. S)
Testable (Gherkin: ‘GIVEN – WHEN – THEN’)

Busines Impact (2016-Jul) – selected NetNewFeature „Product-Details-Page“:
05.11.201921
Result: Business Impact – getting the GOLD-nugget (2016-Jul)
Finally a soaring eShop after 6 more MON (Revenue ca. 400 M€/a via eShop at 13%→17% CAGR (still growing) – profit-margins start
to show erosion (so JIT w.r.t. pot. upcoming recession in DE fro 2020 – survivability matters)
