Liz Pagán was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Since 1993 started working as a student assistant at the General Library of the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus. During this time Liz Pagan demonstrated an interest in the Library Sciences. She obtained a bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus and a master degree from Library and Information Science at Pratt Institute New York. Currently, Liz Pagán is the Director of Agricultural Experiment Station Library. Also she is a part time professor at School of Information Science and Technology from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus; an associate professor at the Univer
