9. The Importance Of Learning At Work Is Growing
Despite the fact that most skills are being acquired outside of learning
institutions, informal learning is still considered to be little important.
Meanwhile, both staff and employers benefit from it.
"The best learning occurs in real life, with real problems and with real people –

Studies show that we do learn approximately 80 percent of our skills informally
