O The emotional and physical strain which
caused by our response to pressure from
outside world.
O Examples of stress reaction : tension,
inability to concentrate , frustration,
irritability.

knowledge, skills and ability to cope of the
nurses involved

 Increased demand from society
 Inadequate recruited nurses
 Reduced staff and increased overtime

by giving feedbacks
