10. Converting flour to a beverage – How?
• Buy an instantpot 7
• Program for 90 hours on the yogurt setting
• Add 2 liters pineapple juice , one package of 1118
wine yeast, 1 liter grape juice, 1/3 liter cranberry
juice, 1/3 liter blueberry juice , 50 ml lemon juice,
1-3 kg of liquid honey (each liter converts to 5.5
percent alcohol content in finished beverage) ,
stir into the pot sufficient Canterpene flour to
release Canterpene (CBD) into finished product
…. ½-1 kg per pot recommended. , and add apple
juice to fill the instantpot to within 1/3 inch of
top and put the lid on
• Open and stir every 12 hours
• Pour through strainer into UNSEALED holding
container for 7 days to let sediment settle and
then dispense into a container and add 2 tablets
to stop the yeast fermentation and 8 hours later
dispense into end use containers
• The residues can all be added to cooking and
baking or smoothies etc to salvage any C.B.D.
remaining
