2. Introduction of the Project
Today, plastic bags have become familiar in the daily life of the
community. With the advantages of durable, strong, convenient
and low-cost, plastic bags, especially the ultra-thin plastic bags are
popularly used almost everywhere from stores of vegetables to
super-markets and large commercial centers; even at sales of
nutritious porridge for children they are also quite familiar items.
However, its impacts on the environment and health are great,
but most of us do not pay attention to. Therefore, we have to take
a number of measures to replace plastic bags with other products
to help the environment cleaner.

3. Goals
To mobilize people to limit the use of plastic
bags and have alternative products which are
environmentally friendly to combat the
negative effects from plastic bags to life in
Vietnam.

4. Planning
Plans:
• Propagating about the dangers of plastic bags,
encouraging the use of alternative non-toxic
products to protect the environment. It should be
done daily in the mass media, especially television.
• Propagating in extra-curricular activities in schools
• Organizing drawing competition, writing
competition, writing skits fit with the theme of
reducing the use of plastic bags

• Helping people

• People, especially women
will have to raise
awareness of
environmental protection,
gradually reducing the use
of plastic bags in daily life,
then stopping the use of
plastic bags when shopping
goods.

• Thereby, the communication
will help people to be well
aware of the harmful effects
of plastic bags on the
environment, raise
awareness and practices to
limit the use of plastic bags,
tend not to use plastic bags
in daily life.
