In the first three weeks, the document outlines preliminary planning and filming for a conversation between a student and teacher, including writing a script, casting actors, and initial filming and editing. Subsequent weeks involved planning the final construction piece, including securing locations, considering weather and safety, completing filming, and editing the footage with added music and voiceover. The final week was spent quality checking the completed project.
2. Preliminary Week 1 In the first week we sat down and decided what our preliminary idea would. We then decided that we should film a conversation between a student and a teacher. After we agreed on the idea we wrote the script.
3. Preliminary Week 2 After finishing the script we started to decide who we should cast for our preliminary. We decided to cast Mr Bennett as the teacher and Steph Aspden as the student. We then checked that the rooms we wanted to film in were free at the times we wanted to film.
5. Final Construction Piece Week 1 and 2 During week one and two we started to prepare for filming. We checked that the weather for three was good for filming. We tried to wait for the weather to be slightly cloudy because if it was too sunny it would have effected the camera. We also contacted the locations we wanted to film on. This was to make sure that we could film there without attracting any unwanted attention. we also considered any safety concerns that might effect filming.
7. Final Construction Piece Week 4 By week four we had finished filming and we started the editing process.
8. Final Construction Piece Week 5 In week five we imported the music over to the final construction. We also imported the voice over to the final piece.
9. Final Construction Piece Week 6 In week six we overlooked all of our work and checked that all the clips and soundtracks had been added. We also made sure that the work had been done to its best.
