Effectiveness at Prudential Retirement will be presenting at the Corporate Learning &
Talent Development Summit taking place 21-23 July at the Eau Palm Beach Resort &
Spa, Palm Beach, Florida.
Julie Mullen is a seasoned leadership performance and organizational effectiveness
executive (OE) with over twenty years of helping leaders build personal leadership and
management capability, improve team performance, drive business growth, and transform
organizations. She has experience consulting to all levels of management across a diverse
set of enterprises and industries. Combining these experiences with sound theory, she has
developed applied expertise in the areas of leader and team performance, organizational
climate and employee engagement, and organizational design and change.
Julie's enterprise roles include VP of Organizational Effectiveness for Prudential Financial’s
Retirement business. Prior to Prudential she served at The Hartford Financial Services
serving as both an HR Business Partner and Talent Development lead. Before joining The
Hartford, Julie spent many years with Accenture in their Change Management practice.
During her time at Accenture she consulted with many Fortune 100 companies going
through large scale transformations.
Julie holds a BS in Marketing and Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the
University of Connecticut. Julie and her husband live in Connecticut with their three
daughters.
