2. ¡Hola! Hello !
• Nosotros estudiamos en la escueala FB y queremos presentar
nuestra escuela.
• We are learning in the school FB and we wanna tell you about our
school.

3. • La escuela está en Reykjavik,Breiðholti y tiene 1500 alumnos. La
escuela se divide en un bachillerato (letras, arte, economíca,
ciencia...) y formación profesional (carpinteros, electricistas, ATS,
esteticien...)
• The school is in Reykjavik,Breiðholt and have 1500 Students. The
school is divided into a normal high school (letters, art, economic,
science...) and training (carpenters, electricians, nurses,
beautician...)

4. MORE ABOUT SCHOOL – MÁS DE LA ESCUELA
• El instituto Breiðholt fue fundado en 1975 y fue el primer instituto
de su tipo en Islandia. El colegio está dividido en dos escuelas: una
normal (escuela de día) para alumnos que tienen entre 16 y 20 o 21
años de edad y una escuela de noche para adultos.
• Breiðholt College was established in 1975 and was the first
community college of its kind in Iceland. The college is divided into
two schools: a normal dayschool for pupils who are between 16 and
20 or 21 years of age and an evening school for adults.

5. Comedor – Dining Room
• El lugar más popular lugar en la escuela. Desde las 12:40 hasta las
13:20 y desde las 9:35 hasta las 9:55 muchos alumnos están
comiendo o charlando allí. Puedes comprar bocadillos, yogures,
frutas, dulces, bebidas y almuerzo. A veces la gente muestran sus
talentos. Parece el show Inglés “got talent”.
• The most popular place in whole school. Around 12:40 - 13:20 and
9:35-9:55 many students are eating or chatting there. You can buy
sandwiches, yogurts, fruit, sweets, drinks and lunch. Sometimes
people show us their talents. It looks almost like English Got
Talent show 

6. SKRIFSTOFUR
• Here you can get informations about everything or some help.
There is also the principal office and people who can help you with
your plans.
• Aquí puedes obtener información de todo o ayuda. También está la
oficina principal y las personas que nos ayudan con nuestros
horarios.

7. LIBRARY - BIBLIOTECA
• This is our library. You can borrow here some books, also in several
languages.You can use computers to do your homework.When you
need calm and peace you can also go there.
• Esta es nuestra biblioteca. Prestan algunos libros, también en varios
idiomas. Podemos usar los ordenadores para hacer la tarea. Cuando
se necesita calma y la paz también se puede ir allí.

8. • In Fjölbrautaskólinn í Breiðholti are foreign students. They came
from difference countries, for example : Filipinnes, Thailand,
Poland, China and more.
• Almost every year here we have exchanged students, also from
Spain 
• En Fjölbrautaskólin í Breiðholti n hay estudiantes extranjeros.
Vienen de países diferentes, por ejemplo: Filipina, Tailandia,
Polonia, China y más.
• Casi todos los años hay estudiantes de intercambio, también de
España 

9. SPORT - DEPORTE
• In School Gym you can find a really good equipped. You can choose
volleyball lessons, badmington , football etc.
• At the front of this school we have swimmingpool. We use it on PE
and also after school.
• El gimnasio de la escuela está muy bien equipado. Podemos elegir
clases de voleibol, bádminton, fútbol, etc.
• Al frente de la escuela tenemos piscina.
Se usa en educación física pero también
es pública.

10. • This is our spanish class. Here we are learning spanish grammar,
writing, reading and all those stuff. On the right side you can see
our Spanish teacher Auður 
• Esta es nuestra clase de español. Aquí estamos aprendiendo la
gramática española, escribir, leer y todo eso. En la parte derecha se
puede ver nuestra profesora de español Auður 

11. BUSADAGUR
• Busadagur - This is a day when all of the freshmen get a warm
welcoming at the begining of the school year x)

• Este es un día cuando todos los estudiantes de primer año reciben
una cálida bienvenida en el inicio del año x)

12. La graduación
• Después de cuatro años terminamos el bachillerato. El gorro blanco
es el símbolo de bachiller en Islandia.
• The symbol of new graduated students in Iceland are the white
caps.
