This was my presentation recently to 500 trainers at the HRDF Trainer conference in 2016. There were many who requested the file, so am attaching it here. These 6 insights are based on my recent observations on the various things transpiring in the Learning & Development function which will affect trainers. Learning is changing significantly and as trainers, there is a need to change accordingly.
