This document outlines the agenda for a Venture Lab workshop focused on design thinking. The workshop includes warm-up activities like sharing stories about personal artifacts. It then covers key aspects of design thinking like empathizing through sharing stories about behavior change and loneliness. Participants generate questions, ideas and prototypes to address a challenge related to designing against loneliness. The workshop concludes with groups pitching their prototypes to test assumptions and receive feedback.
