• Fun

• Give people an excuse to get silly
• Ramp them up
• Make it a comfortable environment
• Give reasons to take pictures

• An idea that’s fun & easy to communicate
• A platform (Facebook, Meetup)
• A camera man
• Some volunteers (1 for every 50 participants)
• 1 month of time
• ~$100
