Tickets can be purchased at the Athletic Office Tuesday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. GO BUFFS!

8. A 2011 Yale Information Session will be held at 7:00 p.m. October 6th at Luther Burbank High School 1002 Edwards Street San Antonio, TX 78204. This session will be held in the auditorium. Bianca Rolon, Assistant Director of Admissions, will discuss academic programs, residential college, and campus life, admissions, and financial aid. Please bring your family and friends. 12. Samuel Clemens Homecoming Dance Please come to main office to pick up a Guest permission form. Guidelines: A current Samuel Clemens High School student may be permitted to bring 1 guest. The appropriate boxes below must be completed and this form must be returned when purchasing a dance ticket. All guests must present an ID at the door. – No Exceptions No middle school students will be permitted to attend. All guests may not be older than 19 years of age. Dress code will be enforced – No Exceptions

Service Academy Deadlines SENIORS— Congressman Lamar Smith has a deadline of October 22, 2011 for students who wish to compete for a nomination to one of the four United States Service Academies (WestPoint, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Merchant Marine Academy). If you live in the 21st Congressional district and are interested, please come by the Counseling Office as soon as possible for more information.

25. Congratulations go out to Culinary Arts seniors Katelyn Moody and Anthony Acuna. They took 3rd place in the St. Phillips College Salsa Contest on Wednesday. They created a tasty salsa from a mystery basket of ingredients. Katelyn and Anthony both won scholarships for St. Phillips College!
