assessment centers. With over 200 certified proctors and
over 30 testing supervisors, we offer individual and group
tests, including the SAT, CLEP, DSST, MAT, and Castle
  exams.

We are located at 111 East Main St. Suite 500, Chattanooga,
  TN 37403.
Phone: (555) 555-5555
http://www.assessmentcoordinators.com
Our hours are: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Some exams,
such as the SAT are offered on Saturdays).
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
 Every examinee will register and pay for their exam with the
administrator of the test. For example, an examinee taking the
SAT will register with College Board. We cannot register
  students or accept their payment.
 Once examinees have registered with their exam’s
administrator, they will receive an admission ticket to bring on
  test day.
 Always check examinees’ ID and admission ticket before testing
  begins.
 Make sure all electronic devices are turned off and out of sight.
 Examinees should not have any materials with them expect
scratch paper, pencils, and a calculator. All materials must be
approved by the proctor prior to the start of testing.
 Every test administered comes with a Proctor Manual.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
 Never answer questions regarding exam questions.
 No special accommodations will be made for examinees unless
  approved prior to testing.
 Examinees are allowed a restroom break if needed at any time
during testing. However, their testing time will not be stopped
for the break, and they cannot make up the time.
 Continuously monitor and observe all examinees during testing
  to deter cheating.
 If cheating does occur, the examinee must be dismissed
immediately, their exam will not be scored, and the testing
supervisor and administrator must be notified.
 Treat all examinees equally. Do not give special treatment to
anyone! No extra time is allowed!
HELP!!!!
If you are ever in a situation where
