- Bioerhanol Fuel ethanol is a form of alcohol, fermented anddistilled from a wide range of plant life such aswheat, corn or woody material. Through a process called hydrolysis of grain starch,starches found in plants are converted to sugars that are fermented to produce ethanol. Ethanol can be mixed with gasoline for use in motorvehicles, Biodiesel is the name of a clean burning methanol (mono-alkyl) ester- or ethanol ester based fuel made from vegetable or animal fats
