  • 4. 4   MULTIPLIER  EVENTS                                      Details  of  the  programme   •  Each  partner  are  supposed  to  hold  a  formal  opening  ceremony  including    policy  makers,colleagues,local   people  parents  etc.   •  All  the  participants  are  supposed  to  fill  in  the    surveys  before  and  after  the  meetings.   •  All  the  hosting  partners  are  supposed  to  prepare  the  learning  environment  inluding  the    wifi  connections   and  the  computers.   •  All  the  related  logos  must  be  put  in  the  places  where  activites  are  carried  out.   Tasks  before  and  after  the  meetings   •  Partners  who  can  not  attend  the  Transnational  Project  meetings  will  then  be    be  informed    about  the   agreements  of  the  project  meeting  by  the  coordinator.   •    Hosting  organisation  is    supposed  to  send  the  programme  of  the  events  beforehand.   •  Hosting  orgnisation  is  supposed  to  provide  the  photos  and  the  videos  related  with  the  events  by  editing   them.
