I'm a user experience researcher and information architect based in Chicago. My background is in research for user-centered design for digital products, content planning based on UX activities, and technical communication. Specialties: User research, information architecture, UI and content testing (both exploratory and evaluative), web and mobile requirements gathering (including RWD), content requirements gathering, persona development, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, and mobile usability testing.
