3. TOPIC OF STUDY:
The role of quality circle as a management tool to enhance the effectiveness of
services. It argues that the concept encourages employee participation as well as
promotes teamwork and motivates people to contribute towards organizational
effectiveness through group processes . Paper concludes that If concept is appropriately
implemented in the field of Library and Information Science the results and conclusions
outcomes will not only be amazing but it will also help us to stumble on outtide over our
own lacunae and facilitate designing of a better system. The members receive training in
problem solving, statistical quality control and group processes. Quality Circle generally
recommends solutions for quality and services which may be implemented by the
management. Thus Quality Circle is not merely a suggestion system or a quality control
group but extends beyond that because its activities are more comprehensive.
SECTOR DEFINED: FMCG sector
Biotechnology is the use of biological processes, organisms, or systems to
manufacture products intended to improve the quality of human life. The earliest
biotechnologists were farmers who developed improved species of plants and animals by
cross pollenization or cross breeding. In recent years, biotechnology has expanded in
sophistication, scope, and applicability.

5. Objectives of Quality Circle
Toimprove the quality and productivity and thus contribute to the improvement and
development of the enterprise.
To reduce the cost of products or services by wastes reduction,safety,effective
utilization of resources,avoiding unnecessary errors and defects.
Ti identify and solve work related problems that interfere with production.
To improve communication within the organisation.
To increase employees loyalty and commitment to the organisation and its goals.
To satisfy the human needs of recognition,achievement and self-development.
To respect humanity and build a happy bright workforce environment.
To tap the creative intelligent of the persons working in the organisation and to make
full use of its human resources.
RESEARCH DESIGN: (Descriptive Research)
Descriptive research includes survey and fact finding enquiries of different kinds.The
major purpose of descriptive research is description of the state of affaire, as it exist at
present.
DATA COLLECTION:
Primary Data:
The researcher would collect necessary information and data on the
selected topic of the proposed study with the help of personal
Interviews, questionnaire, of selected employee satisfaction process.
Secondary Data:
The researcher would collect secondary data by referring books,
documents as well as by browsing and downloading information from
different websites.

6. DATA COLLECTION TOOL
The researcher would develop Structured Non-Disguised Questionnaire for the
collection of the primary data.
SAMPLING METHOD:
The researcher proposes to make use of Non-Probability Sampling Approach based
on judgmental Sampling Methods that would be put to use for the collection of the primary
data through sample size 50.
