stability) of the EKOD 8 leg Jacket and checking its structural integrity
for Inplace conditions, when a combination of legs is cut and checking
its stability after all legs are cut.

maximum number of cuts allowed while removing of topside from
jacket. To determine whether the early cutting of preferred braces in the
jacket structure including topsides can still withstand the unrestricted
wave conditions.
