  The Task Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Title Ecologist- Human impact. Preview all websites pertaining to your biome. Identify at least 1 natural resource of an individual biome, and how humans utilize this natural resource.  Describe in 1 paragraph your findings and what the implications are for the environment.    Zoologist- Animals Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Identify at least 3 animals to represent your biome. Describe how each animal and insect impacts the biomes environment. Discuss with your group adaptations one animal might have made in order to survive. Complete the graphic organizer supplied by your teacher.    Biologist- Plants Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Find at least 3 plants to represent your biome. Complete the plant description handout provided by your teacher.  Discuss with your group adaptations one plant might have made in order to survive. Write an informative paragraph about your plant's adaptations.     Meteorologist - Weather and Climate Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Complete the weather and climate description handout provided by your teacher. Discuss with your group how climate affects your biome and the flora and fauna living there. Write an informative paragraph about your biomes climate. * All Groups will  obtain photos for presentation and save to  individual Biome on your laptops.  Resources
  The Process Title Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion 1 st  you will be broken up in to a research team consisting of 3-4 members. 2. Each team will be assigned a biome to research one of the major Biomes. Tundra, Rainforest, Arctic, Grassland, Desert, Deciduous Forest 2. Each team will assign an expert in the fields listed.  You will take notes in area of expertise.  Resources

  • 3. The Task Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Title Ecologist- Human impact. Preview all websites pertaining to your biome. Identify at least 1 natural resource of an individual biome, and how humans utilize this natural resource. Describe in 1 paragraph your findings and what the implications are for the environment.   Zoologist- Animals Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Identify at least 3 animals to represent your biome. Describe how each animal and insect impacts the biomes environment. Discuss with your group adaptations one animal might have made in order to survive. Complete the graphic organizer supplied by your teacher.   Biologist- Plants Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Find at least 3 plants to represent your biome. Complete the plant description handout provided by your teacher. Discuss with your group adaptations one plant might have made in order to survive. Write an informative paragraph about your plant's adaptations.     Meteorologist - Weather and Climate Search the websites pertaining to your biome. Complete the weather and climate description handout provided by your teacher. Discuss with your group how climate affects your biome and the flora and fauna living there. Write an informative paragraph about your biomes climate. * All Groups will obtain photos for presentation and save to individual Biome on your laptops. Resources

Each team will be assigned a biome to research one of the major Biomes. Tundra, Rainforest, Arctic, Grassland, Desert, Deciduous Forest 2. Each team will assign an expert in the fields listed.
