Design
 Vehicle name : CAR-O-BIKE
 4-wheeler = 2-wheeler + 2-wheeler or 2-wheeler + 2-wheeler = 4-wheeler
 4-wheeler can be detached into two 2-wheeler and vice versa.
 Structure of 2-wheeler is like a bike with upper cover similar to car.
 2-wheeler consists of four windows which are controlled manually.
 Two windows of 2-wheeler moves inside body during transformation
 One side of 2-wheeler consists of border frame which is pneumatically controlled.
 Pneumatic of both 2-wheelers aid together to make 4-wheeler.
Design of Car-o-Bike is attached in annexure(slide no. 11)

 Electronic Control Module(ECM)
 Vehicle Control Module(VCM)
 Fault detecting unit
 Vehicular ad-hoc network
 Mesh structure
Block diagram is attached in annexure(slide no. 12)

Module Description
 Electronic Control Module:
 Brain of the vehicle
 Electrically controls the entire movement of the vehicle.
 Three ECM modules - one for 4-wheeler and two for the 2-wheelers
 Vehicle Control Module:
 Controls the transformation from 2-wheeler to 4-wheeler and vice versa
 Controls the movement of internal parts
 Mesh structure:
 Body made up of mesh structure
 Protects vehicle from any damage

Module Description(Cont.)
 Fault detecting unit:
 Detects any fault in 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler
 Checks all the three units – ECM, VCM and vehicular ad-hoc network
 Detected fault will be displayed as an error message.
 GSM module will send error message to nearest service center.
 Vehicular ad-hoc network:
 Vehicle connected to a ad-hoc network
 Network sends easiest route to reach destination.
 Person can reach the destination hassle free.
 Will work in parallel with the GSM module.

 Bridge:
 To solve the traffic problem, structure shown in the figure attached in
annexure(slide no. 13) is proposed.
 Lane:
 For peak traffic, structure shown in figure attached in annexure(slide no. 14) is
proposed.

Design supporting factors
 Source of electric energy:
 Silicon graphene helps to improve life as well as discharging time of battery
 Sun-charged heat batteries(annexure - slide no. 19)
 Graphene Battery Turns Ambient Heat into Electric Current(annexure - slide no. 19)
 Electric charging station:
 Various charging station will replace petrol/diesel station.
 Charging wirelessly through “highly coupled magnetic resonance”(annexure - slide
no. 20)
 Price analysis:
 Why electric cars are cost-effective over petrol/diesel? (shown in the annexure
section(slide no. 15 to 18))

Design  Vehicle name : CAR-O-BIKE  4-wheeler = 2-wheeler + 2-wheeler or 2-wheeler + 2-wheeler = 4-wheeler  4-wheeler can be detached into two 2-wheeler and vice versa.  Structure of 2-wheeler is like a bike with upper cover similar to car.  2-wheeler consists of four windows which are controlled manually.  Two windows of 2-wheeler moves inside body during transformation  One side of 2-wheeler consists of border frame which is pneumatically controlled.  Pneumatic of both 2-wheelers aid together to make 4-wheeler. Design of Car-o-Bike is attached in annexure(slide no. 11) 3
  • 4. Main Modules  Electronic Control Module(ECM)  Vehicle Control Module(VCM)  Fault detecting unit  Vehicular ad-hoc network  Mesh structure Block diagram is attached in annexure(slide no. 12) 4

Module Description  Electronic Control Module:  Brain of the vehicle  Electrically controls the entire movement of the vehicle.  Three ECM modules - one for 4-wheeler and two for the 2-wheelers  Vehicle Control Module:  Controls the transformation from 2-wheeler to 4-wheeler and vice versa  Controls the movement of internal parts  Mesh structure:  Body made up of mesh structure  Protects vehicle from any damage 5

Module Description(Cont.)  Fault detecting unit:  Detects any fault in 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler  Checks all the three units – ECM, VCM and vehicular ad-hoc network  Detected fault will be displayed as an error message.  GSM module will send error message to nearest service center.  Vehicular ad-hoc network:  Vehicle connected to a ad-hoc network  Network sends easiest route to reach destination.  Person can reach the destination hassle free.  Will work in parallel with the GSM module. 6
  • 7. Advantages  Cost effective:  One vehicle = one car + two bikes  Electricity less costly than petrol/diesel  Go green:  No emission like CO2  No other toxious emission  Safety:  Mesh structure provides safety  Fully covered body 7
  • 8. Advantages(Cont.)  Time saver:  Vehicular ad-hoc network  Consumer attraction and satisfaction:  Economic  Technology  Design  Less risk:  Electricity used in place of petrol/diesel 8
  • 9. Lane-Bridge  Bridge:  To solve the traffic problem, structure shown in the figure attached in annexure(slide no. 13) is proposed.  Lane:  For peak traffic, structure shown in figure attached in annexure(slide no. 14) is proposed. 9

Design supporting factors  Source of electric energy:  Silicon graphene helps to improve life as well as discharging time of battery  Sun-charged heat batteries(annexure - slide no. 19)  Graphene Battery Turns Ambient Heat into Electric Current(annexure - slide no. 19)  Electric charging station:  Various charging station will replace petrol/diesel station.  Charging wirelessly through “highly coupled magnetic resonance”(annexure - slide no. 20)  Price analysis:  Why electric cars are cost-effective over petrol/diesel? (shown in the annexure section(slide no. 15 to 18)) 10
