28. Market Overview
In the past two days we saw that Sensex
declined by over a 1000 points and Nifty
by over 300 points, the main reason being
the news flow regarding monsoon
predictions which made it worse than it
was anticipated even after the cut in repo
rate by 25 basis points.
With U.S. announcing a hike in the Fed
rates RBI had no room than to reduce the
repo rates to maintain and increase the
flow of investments in india

29. This is a speculative downfall which may even
result into further pull back but we expect the
market to bounce back because of the repo rate
cut due to which the investment flow in india is
expected to increase and the announcement by
our finance minister Arun Jaitley that any
concerns over food shortages are far fetched.
Which will stabilize the market and again set it
on an increasing trend.
And we believe that the market will see an
increase of 10-15% in the coming year.
