A. Presently working with Telecom Network Solutions Private Limited (TNS) as Assistant Manager-
HR & Admin reporting to Head HR and Admin from 19th January’ 2016 to till date.
TNS is a company providing solutions, services and products covering wide spectrum of
telecommunication needs. TNS is dedicated to achieve its goal with ethical practices and social
responsibilities by providing all products and services with excellence to all customers as per their
needs and expectations. It is a group of Business Units providing gainful employment, training and

HUMAN RESOURCE
 Manpower Planning & Recruitment
 Assist in manpower forecasting and review
 Analysis of manpower requirement
 Facilitating Recruitment & Selection through multiple sources at various levels .screening the
responses co-coordinating the interviews and interviewing candidates.
 Wage compensation structure – administration Fixation & negotiation.
 Completely involved in the whole Annual Increment & Promotion process.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
 Training needs identification through process of performance appraisal, organizational change.
 Formulation of training calendar-taking inputs from various sources.
 Implementation of above training calendar and designing training modules.
 Making power point presentations for training.
 Evaluation / Feedback regarding quality and content of training Programmes.
 Measuring Effectiveness of Training programme.
 Compliance/maintenance of systems/procedures in respect of training activities as per ISO
Procedure.
 Imparted training as faculty member (5 S, Kaizen Awareness, Labour Laws, Safety, Team
Building, Motivation etc.) for the Associates.
LATEST SYSTEMS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
 Good working exposure on, ISO – 9001-2000, Driving Suggestion Scheme. Kaizen, 5 S, Quality
Circle, and other Small Group Activities.
 Active Quality Circle Activities in different department.
 Prepare SOP of Induction & Orientation Programme for Off roll workers & On roll Employees.

 Represented management with dispute of employees involving unions and labour court.
