I received my PhD from NTU, Singapore under supervision of Assoc. Prof Cai Jianfei and Assoc. Prof. Yuan Junsong. Before this, I did my bachelors at IIT Roorkee and had one year job experience in the software development at Lenskart.com. My research interests include Computer Vision, Multimedia and Signal Processing. During my PhD, I have proposed several joint processing algorithms for segmenting and localizing objects in semantically related images and videos. Basically, I try to exploit the commonness prior that exists in the set of semantically related images and videos, so that difficult problems like object segmentation and localization can be solved in the unsupervised manner.
