Simple steps for creating a simple Audacity MP3 file. Nothing fancy, just the raw basics.

1. Using Audacity to create
a quick MP3 File.

2. Open Audacity and
you’ll see a screen like this.

3. Click on the red button and
start recording.
You can use headphones if
you’d like.

4. While you are recording,
you’ll see your sound waves.

5. When you have finished
Recording your intro,
press the brown STOP button.

6. Then go to File, then Export.

7. Name File, save some place
you can remember.
Save as:
MP3 File.
You are done.
