Live Project 1:
Had done Live Project with Future Groups, Big Bazaar - Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi for 6 days
from 14 October 2013 to 19 October 2013 under the guidance of Mr. Ajay, HR Manager. The
Objectives of the Live Project were:-
 To study the recruitment and selection process of the employees
 To check the Id Card and Employee Discount Card of the employees
Live Project 2:
Had done from Manav Kalyan Kendra Dumka (NGO) for 4 days from 10th March, 2014 to 13th
March 2014 under the guidance of Mr. Abhishek Anand- owner of the NGO.
Learnings from the Live Project:
Hiring of right candidates in NGOs.
Preparing standardized compensation and wage modules.

Project Title - To Study and Analyze the Brand Image and Demand of Magus Secure (in the
Security Domain) in Delhi/NCR Market.
Responsibilities - To generate the leads
To manage Public Relations for the organization
Revenue generated on closure of leads = Rs. 211000/-
