- 5. Challenges
- 6. Communicating effectively across space & time for a large group is a challenge.
- 7. We implemented a Weekly Report but we can do more…
- 8. Another challenge is two-fold: Outdated notions of what libraries are, and our libraries’ current footprint. ! It means we must use our space effectively in ways that ignite imagination.
- 10. A third challenge is me and my lack of experience in libraries managing collections and facilities. But I hope to also be part of the solution.
- 11. Where are we going?
- 12. I see the wonderful, unique areas of our team as an ecosystem. Research, teaching, and learning are not easily untangled from one another.
- 13. In order to get to the vibrant ecosystem view, we’ll need to focus on these areas in 2015. Projects Relationships Communication
