Create new account, selecting “Signup type” (part 2 of 2)
Selecting “I don’t want an account” will allow user to not input various billing information.
NOTE: A PIN password is no longer required to access a basic user account.

To edit personal information
Click on “my account” in the menu bar while logged in (or go to https://www.spawarcafes.net/user ) then select “Update Account”
then “Personal Information”:

If user is seeing no region or the wrong region (Afghanistan v Iraq theme)
Click on “my account” in the menu bar while logged in (or go to https://www.spawarcafes.net/user ) then select “Update Account”
then “Personal Information” and edit “I am a subscriber in:”

To add a calling card to existing services
Click on “my account” in the menu bar while logged in (or go to https://www.spawarcafes.net/user ) then select “Add Calling Card
Account” and complete the form.

To report miscellaneous issues via the website
Visit “Account Service” on the menu bar.

Direct user feedback
A multitude of customer webforms will collect experience response -- these are distributed throughout the
site to collect feedback as contextually appropriate.
