Import/Export Coordinator
Reporting to the Managing Director and Responsible to arrange re-sourcing and
procurement of goods (import and export) such as cement, iron ore, used
vehicles, engineering goods, heavy duty equipment and other commodity goods.
Main Achievements
• Sourced goods from local and Global markets at the most competitive
rates and organized the export of Cement to Libya for 6 months export
• Organized the importation of used vehicles into Zambian Market.
• Negotiated the importation of Heavy duty equipment on one of the giant
mining Company in Zambia.
• Assisted buyers to choose the best incoterms suitable for importation of
goods
• Expedited the movement of goods from the port of loading up to the port
of off loading
