Essential Responsibilities
 Evaluate teacher portfolios aligned with widely
used content standards for student learning and
subject specific standards for teaching, edTPA
assesses teaching that promotes student
learning.
 Review teacher candidate's authentic teaching
materials which serves as a culmination of a
teaching and learning process that documents
and demonstrates each candidate's ability to
effectively teach his/her subject matter to all
students.
 Implements and supervises a system of
evaluation evaluation services that
adequately provides for professional
development and support of teachers.
 Communicates clearly and concisely both
orally and in writing.
 Oversees outcomes data by collecting
information on a monthly basis from
edTPA program supervisors.
 Communicate and demonstrate
researched based instructional practices
that result in increased student
performance.
Collaborative Leadership
 Provide collaborate feedback to novice
teachers wherein they are able to plan
instruction and assessment for their students
 Involve teachers in designing and
implementing Professional Development
Plans.

  • 2. Essential Responsibilities  Evaluate teacher portfolios aligned with widely used content standards for student learning and subject specific standards for teaching, edTPA assesses teaching that promotes student learning.  Review teacher candidate's authentic teaching materials which serves as a culmination of a teaching and learning process that documents and demonstrates each candidate's ability to effectively teach his/her subject matter to all students.
  • 3.  Implements and supervises a system of evaluation evaluation services that adequately provides for professional development and support of teachers.  Communicates clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
  • 4.  Oversees outcomes data by collecting information on a monthly basis from edTPA program supervisors.  Communicate and demonstrate researched based instructional practices that result in increased student performance.
  • 5. Collaborative Leadership  Provide collaborate feedback to novice teachers wherein they are able to plan instruction and assessment for their students  Involve teachers in designing and implementing Professional Development Plans.
