4. BATCH REPRESENTATIVES ??? One or two ex-students from each batch representing the Batch BR are one point of contact for ELAN for the entire batch . ELAN BR
5. Who are the BR’s They are responsible for the bi-directional communication with their entire batch. They are the single source of information about ELAN’s activities to their batch They have a HUGE responsibility of putting the batch together. They Ensure that the communication reaches at the right time and to the right people. They hold a very critical role and work every closely with ELAN and therefore with the school

Tea Sound and Light Show by School Management,a canvas depicting the 50 year’s panaroma Dinner by ELAN – 9 pm onwards @ School
8. Registration and Breakfast – Introductory Speech – Achiever’s Felicitation – Lunch – Interaction session 2 pm to 5 pm Cultural Night – Celebratory Evening with Dinner and Cocktails – 7 pm.onwards (Venue outside the school premises at a Hotel accommodating 2000 people) Program – Dec. 30 2010

BUDGET Teachers Welfare Fund – 1 Cr Fund to take care of activities of teachers like occasional picnics, medical aid,recreation,enjoyment ELAN Corpus – 1 Cr School Development Fund 2.5 Cr (Rev Schoch Memorial….LABs…Infrastructure etc) FOOD – 40 Lac (2000pax)Funding? Event's – 50 Lac add Misc. 10 Lac Total: 5 Cr 50 Lac

12. Just to Remind The question now is not what the School would give in return but it’s what I can give back to the School for the wonderful things my school,my teachers gave me in my formative years Because of which I am what I am today
