The System Explained
As the first of its kind in the industry, Kedacom’s Intelligent Tracking System is designed to monitor
and secure large public areas such as stadiums, railway stations, airports, shopping malls, schools
and other such areas frequented by human traffic and vehicles.
With advanced intelligent analytics algorithm, the system possesses the ability to distinguish
human beings from other moving objects and displays them up-close in the centre of the screen.
System Composition
The Intelligent Tracking System set comprises
at least 1 box-type and 1 PTZ cameras. The
system analytics algorithm is integrated into
the cameras and no additional computer is
required.
Depending on the extensiveness of a project,
a maximum of 1 box-type and 2 or 3 PTZ
cameras** can be added per unit-set for the
number of close-up shots required; one PTZ
camera can track one object up-close at a
time.
System Application
The system can be effectively deployed in
most environment settings. And with Infrared
(IR) feature***, the system works efficiently
under both day and night conditions.
System Functionality
The box-type camera within the system
functions to render a panoramic view of the
coverage area in which up to 3 restricted
regions can be defined. The PTZ camera
monitors each predefined region and tracks
every intrusive target. Each close-up video is
stored on the NVR and is indexed using a
snapshot* for easy retrieval.
Additional System Features
The System is feature-rich. The intelligent
panoramic camera supports 2MP in 1080p
resolution and enables discovering up to 60
targets simultaneously. Operation can be
toggled between automatic, semi-automatic and
manual modes. In automatic mode, when there
is no moving object in predefined regions the
system reverts to Guard or stand-by position.
As a result of deploying Kedacom’s Intelligent Tracking System, organizations discover that their
return on investment increases and lesser manpower is required to maintain the system which
reduces man power cost and human operational errors. Kedacom is also committed for the
system to always be up to date with latest analytics software and technical support.
