This super-localized, site-specific work brought together an art gallery, local meatpackers, community members and an artist--all of whom are living and working in the Fulton Market Meatpacking District of Chicago. In two hours the meat packing crew "processed" a 100-foot drawing, to the delight and wonder of the public.
