Services Include
 Assisting with all your maintenance and capital works needs;
 Assessing and reviewing the requirement to undertake works;
 Prioritizing works;
 Ensuring you get quotes that are exactly the same;
 Obtaining competitive quotes;
 Reviewing and providing recommendations for quotes;
 Reviewing your maintenance contracts (ensuring your are getting provided the service you are paying for);
 Setup new maintenance contracts;
 Setup panels of services providers;
 Undertake building inspections;
 Providing annual building inspections to identify repairs and maintenance and capital works for budget
purposes;
 Provide detailed building reports;
 Attending Committee Meeting; and
 Liaising with contractors on your behalf.
Fee Schedule Senior Engineer (BEng-hons, MAIPM)
- $130/hr (ex GST) hourly rate
- Initial Consultation fee - Minimum 2 hours - $260 (ex GST).
Services can be provided on an hourly rate basis or fixed fee for services can be provided

- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability
