3. What is MSDP?
MSDP (Mobile e-governance Services Delivery
Platform) provides an integrated platform for
delivery of government services to citizen over
mobile devices using SMS, USSD, MMS, Voice,
LBS, WAP, or mobile applications installed on
the mobile phones.

4. Unique Features of MSDP
 Integrated with NSDG / SSDG
 Provides multiple mobile based channels for delivery
of the government services (eg. SMS, USSD, IVRS,
m-apps)
 Once integrated to any one channel provides
automatic integration for the other available channels
 Free of cost integration
 Push SMS is free (initially for one year) for early
adopting departments
 Hosts / manage your own m-Apps on the DIT mobile
application store

– The above services are running on temporary short
code, only for testing purpose.
– After we get our own short code, all the services
will move to our short code.

number can be changed once we get approval for MGOV
