and call. The challenge was to deploy the concept into a real time application. They

companies, which provided around 34 trillion data points of market research data,
which was made available to client using their proprietary tool. The market research
department of client would then work through this data for about two months to
manually create a 220 tabbed excel report which would be used by marketers and
brand managers to make rightful business decisions. Creating new reports, sharing
was extremely time consuming, inflexible, and expensive as data had to be pulled
from external market research company. Since most of the process was manual it
gave scope for errors.

further, in terms of storage, bandwidth and processing capacity called for ad hoc
needs for scaling the infrastructure, which was limited by SLAs provided by the
infrastructure vendor.
