Types of Yoga:  1. Bhakti Yoga: discipline of love and devotion 2. Dhyana Yoga: discipline of meditation  3. Hatha-Yoga: discipline of force and action  4. Karma Yoga: discipline of self-transcending           action  5. Mantra Yoga: discipline of numinous sounds  6. Purna Yoga: discipline of wholeness or   integration
